MS. MARINA ARMISTEAD: I just can't take Novocain, so this has been a life saving situation for me.
MS. FELICIA SAFFARINIA: I walked out of here that day very comfortable. I was feeling very good about the decision that I had made. I knew that I was not just having her sedated in an office that didn't have the equipment or the technology to monitor her while she was under.
DR. ANGELA MOSS: The patient's being comfortable is probably my highest requirement for the patients that I send here, because they're very anxious people, they have been anxious for a long time, they have mistrust of dentists, they have mistrust that they're going to be able to get dental work done without pain.
MS. WILMA WASHINGTON: I kept waiting for the pain to come. It never came. I was pleasantly surprised.
MS. VIVIAN STIEHM: His whole staff and Dr. Snyder really, really made me feel like I was a human again. Because the other people, they didn't care, all they wanted of me was to pay the money, and they didn't care if I was in pain.
MS. INDI CATHER: You have met your family when you arrive here, and that's what I have been looking for and never found. And that's from the staff, to Dr. Shaw, to Dr. Snyder, to everybody.
DR. ALAN GOLDEN: I have a bottom line. And my bottom line is would I feel comfortable with myself, or my own child in this situation? And my answer is yes. I would not refer anybody anywhere that those two questions could not be answered positively.
